Q. Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
a. No, most of our clients prefer not to be at home. They love the idea of returning home, to find everything cleaned, and ready to enjoy. We would simply make arrangements to get a key.
Q. Am I charged if I need to cancel?
a. No, we do not charge a cancellation fee. We understand that things don't always work out exactly as planned. All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours notice.
Q. Will I have the same schedule each week?
a. Yes, you will have the same schedule each week. However, you may have times when your regular cleaning schedule may not be convenient for you. In those instances, we can normally accommodate those changes.
Q. Will I have the same cleaning team each week?
a. Yes, unless someone is ill, or on vacation, you will have the same team for each cleaning.
Q. When is payment due?
a. Payment is due at the end of the cleaning. Our clients typically send payment with the cleaning team. We also have clients that pay using the bill pay feature at their banks, and some make payments by check through the mail.
Q. Will furniture be moved for cleaning?
a. Yes, furniture that can be easily moved by your cleaning team will be moved, to insure that you get a thorough cleaning.
